目的:探讨基于云平台的远程无线实时血压监测系统对高血压病控制率和达标率的影响,提高医生及时调整降压药物的便捷性与准确性。方法:选择262例高血压病1~3级患者,随机分为对照组(132例)和干预组(130例)。对照组由心内科医生据患者偶测血压门诊经验用药,患者自行安排日常血压监测;干预组由心内科医生据患者远程无线实时血压监测情况随时进行降压药物调整,有即时短信和电话指导生活方式。治疗干预共8周,比较两组血压控制率和达标率的差异。结果:干预组实施远程动态监测4~8周后,高血压控制率和达标率分别为96.6%和92.5%,对照组高血压控制率和达标率分别为35.2%和31.9%,两组控制率和达标率差异显著(均P<0.05)。干预组再门诊率(2.3%)与再住院率(2%)均明显低于对照组的再门诊率(51.5%)与再住院率(18.9%)(均P<0.05)。结论:通过远程无线实时血压监测系统可以有效提高高血压病的控制率和达标率,同时便于临床医生即时监测患者血压,为提供个性化的高血压治疗方案提供了有效手段。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of remote wireless real-time blood pressure monitoring system based on cloud platform on the control rate and compliance rate of hypertension, and to improve the convenience and accuracy of doctors to timely adjust antihypertensive drugs. Methods: A total of 262 hypertensive patients with grade 1-3 were randomly divided into control group (132 cases) and intervention group (130 cases). Control group by the cardiologist according to the patient occasionally measured blood pressure clinic experience medication, patients arrange their own daily blood pressure monitoring; intervention group by the cardiologist according to the patient remote wireless real-time blood pressure monitoring at any time to adjust the antihypertensive drugs, instant messaging and telephone guidance the way. Treatment intervention for a total of 8 weeks, comparing the two groups blood pressure control rate and compliance rate differences. Results: After 4 to 8 weeks of long-range dynamic monitoring in the intervention group, the control rate and compliance rate of hypertension were 96.6% and 92.5% respectively. The control rate and compliance rate of control group were 35.2% and 31.9% respectively. The control rate And compliance rates were significantly different (all P <0.05). The outpatient rate (2.3%) and rehospitalization rate (2%) in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (51.5%) and rehospitalization rate (18.9%, both P <0.05). Conclusion: The remote wireless real-time blood pressure monitoring system can effectively improve the control rate and compliance rate of hypertension, and it is convenient for clinicians to monitor patients’ blood pressure on the spot, thus providing an effective means for providing personalized hypertension treatment plan.
