利用高级旋转流变仪研究了无机粉体碳酸钙(CaCO3)改性聚丙烯(PP)材料的流变性能。研究表明:无机粉体CaCO3改性PP材料的表观黏度随剪切速率的增大而降低,随CaCO3含量的增大而升高,与纯PP相比较其对温度的变化较敏感;CaCO3含量越大,熔体的混合均匀性越差;无机粉体CaCO3改性PP材料的熔点比纯PP高,但耐热性降低。
Rheological properties of inorganic powder calcium carbonate (CaCO3) -modified polypropylene (PP) materials were investigated using a high-performance rotary rheometer. The results show that the apparent viscosity of CaCO3-modified PP material decreases with the increase of shear rate, increases with the increase of CaCO3 content, and is more sensitive to the change of temperature than pure PP. The CaCO3 content The larger the melt, the poorer the homogeneity of the melt is. The melting point of CaCO3 modified PP is higher than that of pure PP, but the heat resistance decreases.
