Micro-Driven Robot System (NDRC) is a robotic system for micromanipulation. The base of the system is an inverted microscope equipped with a three-degree-of-freedom robot operator and a two-degree-of-freedom electric stage and a CCD camera and laser rangefinder system. CCD camera, stage, robot operator and microscope integration as a whole, unified by a 486 computer control and management. The CCD camera and accompanying image processing system replace the observation and measurement of the human eye with the eyepiece on the stage and the operation object. To complete the measurement of the vertical depth, the system is equipped with an Arn laser and a line CCD camera. When the operating device and the stage or the operation object distance is small, the incident laser diffraction, linear CCD diffraction diffraction pattern received, the analysis of the distance available gap. The movement of the computer to the stage and robot operator replaces the human left-right operation. This system is currently used for gene engineering and bioprocessing in bioengineering.
