目的:总结骨钉在矫治牙颌垂直向异常中的应用。方法:选择2006年至今接受骨钉植入进行矫治的病例100例。男32例,女68例,年龄12~46岁,平均21.2岁。凡涉及骨钉用于对牙颌进行垂直向控制或矫治者进行统计、分类列表,探讨骨钉在垂直向应用的状况。结果:①.应用骨钉打开前牙咬合十分有效并且使用频率最高;②.压低后牙是种植钉的特别作用;③.前后牙的同步压低主要针对高角型并希望实现下颌骨逆时针旋转病例;④.利用种植钉伸长磨牙亦十分有效。结论:骨钉的出现使针对牙颌垂直向异常的控制或矫治比以往任何方法更为直接有效,并且正日渐成熟和广泛采用。
Objective: To summarize the application of bone nail in the correction of vertical abnormalities of dental. Methods: A total of 100 cases were treated by bone nail implantation since 2006. 32 males and 68 females, aged 12 to 46 years, an average of 21.2 years old. All involved in the use of bone nail for dental jaw orthodontic control or orthodontic statistics, classification list to explore the application of bone nail in the vertical position. Results: ① The application of bone nail to open anterior teeth occlusion is very effective and the most frequently used; ②. Depression of posterior teeth is the special role of implant nail; ③. Synchronous depression of anterior and posterior teeth mainly for high angle and hope to achieve mandibular counterclockwise rotation cases ; ④. The use of planting spikes to extend the molar is also very effective. CONCLUSIONS: The presence or absence of bone spikes makes the control or correction of vertical abnormalities more direct and effective than any previous method, and is becoming more and more mature and widely used.
