一、加固试管夹目前使用的试管夹,是弹簧两端的钢丝各反向固定在夹子的左右两块上。在夹持试管的过程中,因用力的方向不对,或者夹子张开时开口太大,或因夹子使用时间稍长,钢丝的弹性减弱等原因,其中短的一块常会翻转,由此跌落打碎试管。同时一个半新不旧的试管夹报废,甚为可惜。我们对它进行了加固处理。制作: 取18号铁丝长约10cm,将它从试管夹弹簧的螺旋体中穿过,再把铁丝的两端反向固定在夹子的左右两块上,与原来的钢丝形成以夹子两块的合缝为轴的对称形。
