为了探索三辊轧管机生产高精度轴承钢管的工艺,在φ50三辊轧管机上进行了不同穿孔和轧管变形量对钢管精度影响的工艺试验。试验结果表明:1.φ50三辊轧管机轧出的轴承钢管内外表面质量良好,尺寸精度高。2.影响φ50三辊轧管机轧制钢管的尺寸精度主要是轧管机的变形量,穿孔机的变形量影响不大。因此,三辊轧管机确定合适的荒管后,选择最佳的轧管变形量,就能轧出高精度和高质量的轴承钢管。
