目的:探讨接触四类媒体性信息与未婚外来务工青年性相关态度以及性相关行为的关联。方法:本研究对上海某工厂15 ̄30岁未婚外来务工人员四类媒体的使用情况、性相关态度以及性相关行为开展调查。采用匿名自填式问卷调查的方法,共纳入270名调查对象,获得有效问卷247份。研究中采用接触媒体性信息量(sexual media diet)得分来测量对象对四类媒体性信息的暴露量。结果:对象接触网络性信息量得分的中位数为7.52,其次是杂志(4.73)、电视(3.06)、电影(0.06)。接触杂志性信息越多的男性越不愿发生一夜情,接触网络、电视性信息越多的对象对恋人与他人发生性行为的宽容度越高;接触电视性信息多的对象发生性行为时较多地使用避孕套,接触杂志性信息多的对象较少或不使用避孕套;接触电影性信息与对象性相关态度及行为之间未检出有统计学意义的关联。结论:不同媒体的性信息量和性信息分布不尽相同,网络、电视、杂志是外来务工青年使用时间较长的媒体,同时也是他们接触性信息较多的媒体,接触网络、电视、杂志性信息与未婚外来务工青年的性相关态度及行为有一定的统计学关联;未婚外来务工青年对电影性信息的暴露量较少,接触电影性信息与他们的性相关态度及行为之间的关联没有统计学意义。
Objective: To explore the relationship between four types of media information and unmarried migrant youth sexual attitudes and sexual related behaviors. Methods: This study investigated the use of four types of media, sex-related attitudes and sexual intercourse behavior among unmarried migrant workers aged 15-30 in a factory in Shanghai. Using anonymous self-administered questionnaires, a total of 270 respondents were included and 247 valid questionnaires were obtained. In the study, sexual media diet scores were used to measure the exposure of four categories of media information. Results: The median score of contact information network was 7.52, followed by magazine (4.73), TV (3.06) and movie (0.06). The more informational men and women who are exposed to magazines, the less reluctant to have one-night stand, the more contact with the network, the more informative the television has, the more tolerant the lovers and other people have sex with each other. Condom use, fewer or no condom use for contacts with more sexual information in magazines, and no statistically significant association was found between exposure to movie-related information and sexual attitudes and behavior of the subject. Conclusion: The distribution of sexual information and sexual information varies from one media to another. Networks, television and magazines are the media that are used by migrant workers for a long time and are also the media with more contact information. They also have access to the Internet, television and magazines There was a certain statistical relationship between the information and sexual attitudes and behavior of unmarried migrant youth; the exposure of unmarried migrant youth to film-based information was less, and the correlation between exposure to movie-related information and their sexual attitudes and behaviors was not Statistical significance.
