忽视隐性职业素质培养是当前高职学校中普遍存在的问题,也是“企业难招人”和“学生难就业”矛盾的症结所在。基础学科是培养隐性职业素质的主要阵地,通过小模块大基础课程体系的课程模式改革和教学中项目教学法的实施,可以充分发挥基础学科在培养高职学生隐性职业素质方面的巨大作用。
Neglecting the cultivation of tacit vocational qualifications is a ubiquitous problem in the current higher vocational schools and also the crux of the contradictions such as “difficult to recruit people” and “difficult employment for students”. The basic disciplines are the main positions for cultivating the hidden professional qualities. Through the reform of the curriculum model of the basic module system of small modules and the implementation of the project teaching method in teaching, the great role of basic disciplines in cultivating the hidden professional qualifications of vocational students can be fully exerted .
