目的筛选对淡色库蚊有生物活性的植物资源,为植物源农药的开发研制提供理论依据。方法分别利用水、乙醇和丙酮3种溶剂提取植物的有效成分,测定不同溶剂植物粗提物对淡色库蚊幼虫的生物活性,挑选12种效果好的植物,进一步研究其乙醇提取物对淡色库蚊幼虫的毒杀效果。结果 55种供试植物中有43种植物对淡色库蚊幼虫有生物活性,12种植物的乙醇提取物24 h对淡色库蚊幼虫的LC50<3 mg/ml,其中7种植物的LC50<1mg/ml。结论自然界中对淡色库蚊有生物活性的植物种类多,为植物源农药的开发研制提供了资源。
Objective To screen the bioactive plant resources of Culex pipiens pallens to provide a theoretical basis for the development of plant-derived pesticides. Methods The active components of plants were extracted with three kinds of solvents of water, ethanol and acetone, respectively. The biological activities of crude extracts of Culex pipiens pallens from different solvents were determined. Twelve kinds of plants with good effects were selected, and their ethanol extracts were further studied. Mosquito larvae poisoning effect. Results 43 of the 55 tested plants were bioactive against Culex pipiens pallens larvae, and the LC50 of the 12 species of ethanol extracts was <3 mg / ml for Culex pipiens pallens for 24 h, of which LC50 was less than 1 mg / ml. Conclusion There are many kinds of plants that have biological activity against Culex pipiens pallens in nature, which provide the resources for the development of plant-derived pesticides.
