企业政工师是党政工作的贯彻者,是各项企业思想工作有序开展的重要保证,对企业生产经营以及构建和谐企业具有积极意义。我国社会主义市场经济的确立和发展,要求政工师队伍建设也要进行创新与改革。本文结合目前煤矿政工师工作队伍建设过程中存在的问题,提出几点整改措施。 Enterprise political workers are the implementants of party and government work, which are the important guarantees for the orderly development of various enterprises’ ideological work and have positive significance to the production and operation of enterprises as well as the construction of a harmonious enterprise. The establishment and development of China’s socialist market economy requires innovation and reform of the contingent of political workers as well. In this paper, the current problems in the process of construction of the contingent of political workers in coal mines, put forward some rectification measures.
