PAW作为一种新型高能束焊接方法,焊接质量好,焊接热影响区和焊接变形小,弧柱温度高,能量密度大,对焊件加热集中和熔透能力强,尤其利用其小孔焊接技术,能够实现单面焊双面一次成型。利用此焊接方法的优点,成功应用到LNG深冷罐箱内外容器纵、环焊缝的焊接中,相对以往采用的SMAW和SAW,此项技术的应用明显提高了焊接生产效率和焊接接头性能,且大大降低了焊接成本。
