聚氨酯材料是目前煤矿钻孔密封应用最广泛的材料之一。双液聚氨酯在用封孔泵注入钻孔前,先要在静态混合器中混合,其混合效果对于聚氨酯的封孔质量来说非常重要。利用数学方法建立了基于混合不均匀度和样本方差的混合效果评价指标,在前人研究的基础上,设计了一种适合聚氨酯封孔材料混合的静态混合器。同时运用Fluent数值模拟软件,考察聚氨酯在混合器内的混合效果,进而对静态混合器的结构参数进行优化。
Polyurethane material is currently one of the most widely used materials for drilling and sealing in coal mines. Two-fluid polyurethane is injected into the hole with a sealing pump before mixing in a static mixer. The mixing effect is very important for the quality of the sealing of polyurethane. Based on the previous studies, a static mixer suitable for the mixing of polyurethane sealing materials was designed by using mathematical method to establish the evaluation index of mixing effect based on the mixing nonuniformity and sample variance. At the same time, Fluent numerical simulation software was used to investigate the mixing effect of polyurethane in the mixer, and then the structural parameters of the static mixer were optimized.
