目的:分析远视与发生干眼症的关系。方法:选取2007-05/2008-07张家口市第四医院门诊就诊的患者155例310眼,均排除眼部感染性疾病、免疫性疾病、屈光间质混浊、视网膜疾病及既往眼部手术史。年龄为16~60岁,行症状、泪膜破裂时间(breakup ti me,BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(schirmer I test,SIT)、下睑中央泪河高度、角膜曲率及屈光状态检查。结果:(1)远视的BUT明显缩短,与正视眼之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),高度、中度、低度远视之间BUT有统计学差异(P=0.013);(2)远视的SIt缩短,与正视眼之间SIT差异无统计学意义(P=0.20),高度、中度、低度远视之间SIt差异无统计学意义(P=0.066);(3)远视的角膜荧光素染色评分增加,与正视眼之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(4)远视的下睑中央泪河高度减少,与正视眼之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:远视可引起泪膜功能不稳定,导致干眼症的发生,主要表现BUT明显缩短,SIT降低。
Objective: To analyze the relationship between hyperopia and dry eye. Methods: A total of 155 eyes (310 eyes) from the Fourth Hospital of Zhangjiakou City from May 2007 to July 2008 were selected, all of which excluded ocular infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, refractive media opacities, retinal diseases and previous eye surgery . The patients were aged 16 to 60 years. The symptoms, breakup ti me (BUT), schirmer I test (SIT), central lower tear eyelid height, corneal curvature and refractive status were examined. Results: (1) BUT was significantly shortened in presbyopia with significant difference (P <0.01), and BUT was statistically different between high, moderate and low myopia (P = 0.013); (2) (P = 0.20). There was no significant difference in SIt between high, moderate and low myopia (P = 0.066). (3) Hypermetropia Corneal fluorescein staining score increased, and no significant difference between the eyelid eyes (P> 0.05); (4) hyperopic lower eyelid central tear river height decreased, and the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05 ). Conclusion: Hyperopia can cause the tear film function instability, leading to the occurrence of dry eye, the main manifestations of BUT was significantly shortened, SIT decreased.
