在Gleeble 1500热模拟试验机上,通过应力松弛实验研究了低碳贝氏体钢在不同工艺条件下奥氏体的软化行为,得到了不同温度、不同变形速率下的再结晶动力学曲线。同时,采用常规的双道次压缩实验得到了变形温度1000℃,应变速率0.1 s-1时,不同变形间隔的静态软化率,与应力松弛实验结果吻合得很好。说明应力松弛法是测试静态软化率的一种有效方法,可以大幅度地减少实验工作量。
On the Gleeble 1500 thermal simulator, the softening behavior of austenite in low carbon bainitic steels was studied by means of stress relaxation experiments. The recrystallization kinetics curves were obtained under different temperatures and deformation rates. At the same time, the static softening rate at different deformation intervals obtained by the conventional two-pass compression test at deformation temperature of 1000 ℃ and strain rate of 0.1 s-1 is in good agreement with the stress relaxation test. Explain stress relaxation method is to test the static softening rate of an effective method, can greatly reduce the experimental workload.
