目的 预测人p12蛋白(aa No.BAA22937)的抗原决定簇短肽。方法 根据氨基酸序列,应用6种参数和方法分析预测抗原表位,包括Hopp&Words亲水性、抗原性、可及性参数、β-转角、Antheprot及万氏法综合预测方法。结果 p12蛋白抗原肽表位可能在70-84和104-115位氨基酸残基或其附近。这两个表位都含有β-转角和不规则卷曲结构。结合功能分析的综合预测,104-115残基要优于70-84残基。结果 本研究为合成肽制备抗人p12蛋白抗体提供了依据。
Objective To predict the short peptide of the epitope of human p12 protein (aa No. BAA22937). Methods According to the amino acid sequence, six parameters and methods were used to analyze and predict the antigenic epitopes, including Hopp&Words hydrophilicity, antigenicity, accessibility parameters, β-turn angle, Antheprot, and Wan’s method. Results The p12 protein antigen peptide epitope may be at or near amino acid residues 70-84 and 104-115. Both epitopes contain β-turns and irregular coil structures. Combined with the functional analysis of the integrated prediction, the 104-115 residue is better than the 70-84 residue. Results This study provided basis for the preparation of anti-human p12 protein antibody from synthetic peptides.
