目的观察三联抗血小板治疗对老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者经皮冠脉介入术后的影响。方法选择2014年1月至2016年6月该院收治的冠心病合并糖尿病患者124例,均行经皮冠脉介入术治疗

目的观察三联抗血小板治疗对老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者经皮冠脉介入术后的影响。方法选择2014年1月至2016年6月该院收治的冠心病合并糖尿病患者124例,均行经皮冠脉介入术治疗,根据术后抗血小板治疗方法的不同分为二联组与三联组各62例。二联组术后予阿司匹林、氯吡格雷二联治疗,三联组术后予阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、西洛他唑三联治疗;两组均随访6个月,统计术后不良心血管事件发生情况。结果三联组术后不良心血管事件发生率为1.6%,明显低于二联组的12.9%。结论老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者经皮冠脉介入术后予三联抗血小板治疗
