药品行业与公众的生命健康息息相关。近几年,药品行业接连出现的问题暴露出了相关监管部门职能的缺失。基于该行业的特殊性与重要性,我国相关监管部门必须对该行业进行必要的监管,并以法律加以规制。这不仅有利于推动本行业的良性发展与进步,也有利于保障广大消费者的生命财产安全,维护了社会公共利益。本文以“非法疫苗案”为切入点,探讨对药品市场进行监管的必要性,进而从经济法主体角度提出相应的对策。 The pharmaceutical industry and the public’s life and health are closely related. In recent years, the successive problems in the pharmaceutical industry have revealed the lack of functions of relevant regulatory authorities. Based on the particularity and importance of the industry, relevant regulatory authorities in our country must make the necessary supervision over the industry and regulate it by law. This is not only conducive to promoting the healthy development of the industry and progress, but also help protect the lives and property of consumers, safeguarding the public interest. In this paper, the “illegal vaccine case” as the starting point, to explore the need for the supervision of the pharmaceutical market, and then put forward the corresponding measures from the perspective of economic law.
