不同来源鼠疫菌株和假结核菌的测序完成,为我们通过比较基因组学手段对鼠疫菌进行研究提供了前所未有的机遇。本文通过对鼠疫菌基因组间及其与假结核菌基因组的分析比较,从全基因组的水平描述了鼠疫菌的基本特征,并论述了目前以比较基因组学为手段,从基因组水平来探讨鼠疫菌在编码序列、基因组重排、毒力基因、生境适应、种间种内进化等方面的研究现状。
Sequencing of plague strains and pseudotuberculosis strains from different sources was completed, which provided an unprecedented opportunity for us to conduct comparative research on Y. pestis by means of comparative genomics. In this paper, the genome of Yersinia pestis and its analysis and comparison with the genome of Pseudomonas solani, described the basic characteristics of Y. pestis from the genome-wide level, and discussed the current comparative genomics as a means to explore the Yersinia pestis Coding sequence, rearrangement of genomes, virulence genes, habitat adaptation, evolution of species within species and so on.
