某幼儿园2005年8月开工,于2006年12月竣工交付使用,建筑面积1643m2,为一幢3层框架及部分砖混结构建筑。钢筋混凝土梁式桩基,三层局部楼面及屋面为井字梁结构。于2009年3月发现①～⑤轴、A～D轴间井字梁两侧屋面板底以下部位出现多道肉眼可见的垂直裂缝。
A kindergarten started in August 2005 and was completed and delivered in December 2006 with a building area of 1643m2. It is a 3-storey building and some brick-concrete buildings. Reinforced concrete beam pile foundation, three-story partial floor and roof for the well word beam structure. In March 2009 found that ① ~ ⑤ axis, A ~ D axis between the two sides of the tiled beam at the bottom of the roof below the bottom of the multi-channel visible vertical cracks.
