目的 :恶性胶质瘤术后复发率较高 ,用32 P-胶体内放射治疗 ,抑制残存肿瘤生长 ,防止复发。方法 :恶性胶质瘤肉眼全切或大部分切除 ,于残腔内放置 OMMAYA管。术后半月～ 1月根据残瘤大小从 OMMAYA管中注入 32 P-胶体 92～ 14 8MBq。结果 :10例病人治疗后 X-CT随访 2～ 2 0个月 ,除 1例 1年后脑疝死亡和 1例死于心肌梗死外 ,余 8例残存肿瘤均有不同程度缩小 (平均10 .5 cm 3) ,无复发征象。结论 :恶性胶质瘤术后辅以 32 P-胶体治疗能有效防止肿瘤复发。
Objective: Malignant glioma postoperative recurrence rate was higher, with 32P-colloid in vivo radiotherapy, inhibit the growth of residual tumor and prevent recurrence. METHODS: Macroscopic or gross resection of malignant glioma, OMMAYA tube placed in the residual cavity. According to the size of the residual tumor, half an month to one month after surgery, 32 P-colloid 92-1480 MBq were injected from the OMMAYA tube. Results: The X-CT of 10 patients were followed up for 2 ~ 20 months. Except one case died of cerebral hernia one year later and one died of myocardial infarction, the remaining eight cases of residual tumor were reduced to varying degrees (average 10.5 cm 3), no signs of recurrence. Conclusion: The treatment of malignant glioma with 32P-colloid can effectively prevent tumor recurrence.
