对电火花加工中间隙放电维持电压特性进行了深入的实验研究,解释了产生火花放电维持电压的原因及条件。给出了间隙电压、电流的振荡幅度及振荡频率的计算方法,揭示了电源参数的变化对放电维持电压的影响,为脉冲电源的设计及其控制模型的建立提供了理论依据。
The in-depth experimental study on the characteristics of the sustaining voltage of the gap discharge in EDM was carried out, and the reasons and conditions of the sparkover maintaining voltage were explained. The calculation methods of gap voltage, current oscillation amplitude and oscillation frequency are given. The influence of the variation of power supply parameters on the discharge sustaining voltage is revealed. This provides a theoretical basis for the design of pulse power supply and the establishment of its control model.
