针对影响自主学习能力的学习动机、学习策略与自我监控力三种学习者可控因素进行问卷调查;调查结果表明,大学生具有较强的学习动机,但学习策略的运用能力以及自我监控能力较弱。基于人本主义学习理论,提出大学英语教学中学生自主学习能力培养策略,即不断激发学生的学习兴趣优化化外部学习动机为内部学习动机、加强元认知策略的培养、完善自我评价与自我监控能力。
The questionnaire survey is conducted on the controllable factors that affect learners’learning ability, learning strategy and self-monitoring ability. The survey results show that undergraduates have a strong motivation to learn, but their ability to use learning strategies and self-monitoring skills are weak . Based on human learning theory, this paper puts forward strategies for cultivating students ’autonomous learning ability in college English teaching, that is, stimulating students’ interest in learning constantly, optimizing external motivation for learning, motivating internal learning, strengthening metacognitive strategies, improving self-evaluation and self-monitoring ability .
