研究了苯醌和萘醌在南萄糖氧化酶(GOD)修饰的玻碳电极上的电化学还原机理,讨论醌在中性缓冲溶液中与固定化的还原态GOD的反应动力学.在此基础上提出了用GOD电极作传感器实现醌的流动注射电流式检测的方法。
The electrochemical reduction mechanism of benzoquinone and naphthoquinone on GOD-modified glassy carbon electrode was studied, and the reaction kinetics of quinone with immobilized reduced GOD in neutral buffer solution was discussed. On the basis of the method, a GOD electrode was used to realize the flow injection current detection of quinone.
