一、南京“假画风波” 1997年春,文化名城南京发生了全国首例十余位画家现场“打假”事件,迫使一场“无底价拍卖会”流产。这在中国书画市场初步形成、法规亟待完善的进程中,是一件值得记述的事。南京各家新闻媒体围绕此事发表了十余篇报导和评论。 概而言之,某拍卖公司原定1月19日举行“97迎春书画精品无底价拍卖会”,在18日预展的308件拍品中,十多位画家当场鉴别出40余件署上他们名字的作品为假冒伪劣之作,被冒充者义愤填膺,投诉省版权局。该局根据《行政处罚法》有关规定,将其中4幅取走鉴定,其余涉嫌侵权作品暂由拍卖公司保存。这一事件引起社会强烈反响。
