目的:通过测量维吾尔族正常青少年人群临床牙冠中心高度来分析托槽在不同人群间的定位高度。方法:制取74副乌鲁木齐市某高中维吾尔族16～18岁青少年正常模型,使用精确到0.01mm的游标卡尺进行临床牙冠中心的测量,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果:①维吾尔族正常青少年人群的临床牙冠中心高度呈正态分布且标准差较小(<0.5mm);②同名牙临床高度测量值有明显的性别差异(P<0.05)。讨论:①维吾尔族正常青少年男女间各同名牙临床牙冠中心高度有明显的差异;②提供一套适合于维吾尔族人群临床冠中心托槽定位粘贴的高度参考值。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the height of the brackets between different crowds by measuring the height of the clinical crowns in the Uygur normal adolescents. Methods: A total of 74 normal Uygur children aged 16 to 18 in Urumqi were enrolled in this study. The center of clinical crowns was measured using a vernier caliper that was accurate to 0.01 mm. The results were statistically analyzed. Results: ① The height of clinical crowns in normal Uygur and juvenile adolescents was normal distribution and the standard deviation was small (<0.5mm). ② There was significant gender difference in the clinical height of the same name (P <0.05). Discussion: ① There are significant differences in the height of clinical crown between male and female of Uygur nationality in normal and juvenile age groups; ② To provide a set of height reference values for positioning and gluing of brackets in clinical crowns of Uygur nationality.
