盆栽砂培和田间试验结果表明,供钾不足使小麦生育后期旗叶过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量增高,可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素含量和根系活力降低,旗叶光合速率下降,加速衰老.在缺钾条件下施钾可提高小麦叶片叶绿素含量、气孔导度、根系活力和光合速率,促进CO_2同化作用,增加~(14)C同化物向穗部和根系的分配比例,提高籽粒生长速率,增加产量.在本试验条件下,每亩用5.0~7.5 kgK_2O,平均每公斤K_2O增产小麦7.3kg.
Potted sand culture and field experiments showed that potassium deficiency increased the activities of flag leaf peroxidase and malondialdehyde in later growth stage of wheat and decreased the contents of soluble protein, chlorophyll and root activity, decreased the flag leaf photosynthetic rate and accelerated the senescence. Under potassium deficiency, potassium application could increase chlorophyll content, stomatal conductance, root activity and photosynthetic rate of wheat leaves, promote the assimilation of CO 2, increase the proportion of ~ (14) C assimilates to the ear and root, and increase the grain growth rate, Increase production.Under the test conditions, 5.0 ~ 7.5 kgK_2O per mu was used to increase the yield of wheat by 7.3 kg per kg of K_2O.
