目的:探讨幼泻停敷脐散对腹泻型肠易激综合征模型大鼠的作用机制。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、得舒特组、幼泻停敷脐散高剂量组、幼泻停敷脐散中剂量组、幼泻停敷脐散低剂量组。观察大鼠的活动状况、粪便性状及颗粒数;测定粪便的含水量、血浆中VIP及5-HT含量的变化。结果:正常对照组行动活跃、精神良好、皮毛润泽、饮食不减、实验后体重高于实验前,模型各组均出现不同程度的精神萎靡、活动明显减少,大便松散、稀便;模型对照组大鼠排便量比正常组显著增多,P<0.05。幼泻停敷脐散高剂量、中剂量组及得舒特组的排便量减少,粪便含水量降低,与模型对照组大鼠比较有显著性差异,P<0.05;幼泻停敷脐散高、中剂量组及得舒特组的VIP、5-HT含量降低,与正常组比较,无显著性差异,P>0.05,与模型组比较有极显著性差异,P<0.01。结论:幼泻停敷脐散能抑制腹泻型肠易激综合征模型大鼠的排便量,减少粪便含水量,能抑制血浆中VIP、5-HT含量异常升高,幼泻停敷脐散对腹泻型肠易激综合征模型大鼠有很好的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of the effect of XiaZuJuZhuZuXuSan on diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome rats. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, dextromethorphan group, juvenile high dosage of navel powder, . Observed the activity of rats, stool characteristics and number of particles; measured stool water content, plasma VIP and 5-HT content changes. Results: In the normal control group, the activity was active, the spirit was good, the fur was moist and the diet was not reduced. After the experiment, the body weight was higher than that before the experiment. The model group showed various levels of apathetic activity, obvious decrease in activity, loose stool and loose stools. The amount of defecation in rats than the normal group was significantly increased, P <0.05. The amount of defecation decreased and the water content of feces decreased in the high-dose, middle-dose and dextro-treated groups when compared with the model control group, P <0.05; , And the contents of VIP and 5-HT in middle dose group and dextrose group were decreased. Compared with normal group, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between model group and control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: YZD can inhibit the defecation of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome rats, reduce the water content of feces, inhibit the abnormal increase of VIP and 5-HT in plasma, Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome model rats have a good therapeutic effect.
