目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇脂代谢的变化。方法2007年5月1日至2008年1月31日在本院规律产检、住院分娩、妊娠28~40周的85例孕妇分为三组:GDM组(30例)、妊娠期糖耐量异常(GIGT)组(25例)、正常血糖(NGT)组(30例)。测定血清甘油三脂(TRIG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)及脂蛋白a[LP(a)]。结果三组孕妇血清TRIG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),TRIG、LDL-C水平GDM组>GIGT组>NGT组;而HDL-C水平GDM组0.05);APOA1、APOB、LP(a)、APOA1/APOB三组差别无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论GDM孕妇存在明显脂代谢紊乱。
Objective To investigate the changes of lipid metabolism in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods From May 1, 2007 to January 31, 2008, 85 pregnant women with antenatal check-up, hospital delivery and 28-28 weeks of gestation were divided into three groups: GDM group (30 cases), gestational impaired glucose tolerance GIGT group (25 cases), normal blood glucose (NGT) group (30 cases). Serum triglyceride (TRIG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), apolipoprotein A1 (APOA1), apolipoprotein B (APOB) (a)]. Results The level of serum TRIG, HDL-C and LDL-C in the three groups were significantly different (P <0.05), TRIG and LDL-C levels were higher in GDM group than in GIGT group and NGT group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between GIGT group and NGT group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between APOA1, APOB, LP (a) and APOA1 / APOB groups Statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion GDM pregnant women have obvious disorders of lipid metabolism.
