黄瓜发苦是由于黄瓜植株内有一种叫苦味素C的物质,其遗传性受显性单基因的控制。就目前的黄瓜品种资源看,绝对没有苦味的黄瓜品种是不存在的,因此应选择苦味稍轻的黄瓜品种,同时应重视栽培措施的合理运用。
