肾动脉射频消融去交感神经术是一种新兴的治疗顽固性高血压的方法,通过消融分布于肾动脉血管壁中的交感神经纤维,阻断神经冲动在中枢交感神经系统与肾脏间的传递,达到控制血压的目的。目前,肾动脉射频消融去交感神经术还用于治疗心力衰竭、心房颤动、室性心动过速等疾病。但对肾动脉射频消融去交感神经术的治疗效果临床尚存争议。本文就肾动脉射频消融去交感神经术的研究进展作一综述。
