教书育人要注重情感因素

任何教育教学的过程都必须通过师生的情感交流来实现。这种交流是一种复杂的师生心理活动。人的心理活动是受环境影响的,除了自然环境,心理情感环境尤其重要。良好的心理情感可以营造一个和谐、舒畅、平等、合作的氛围,诱发双方交流的兴趣,使双方产生强烈的情感交流的欲望;而烦恼、恐惧的心理情感会妨碍正常的心理活动。因此,在教育教学的过程中,教师要注意学生情感的变化,培养学生健康的心理素质,从而提高教育教学质量。 Any teaching and learning process must be through the emotional exchanges between teachers and students to achieve. This exchange is a complex mental activity of teachers and students. Psychological activities of people are affected by the environment, in addition to the natural environment, emotional environment is particularly important. Good psychological and emotional feelings can create a harmonious, comfortable, equal and cooperative atmosphere, induce mutual interest, and create a strong desire for emotional exchanges. However, the psychological feelings of worry and fear can hinder normal mental activities. Therefore, in the process of education and teaching, teachers should pay attention to the changes of students’ emotions and cultivate their healthy psychological quality, so as to improve the quality of education and teaching.
