众所周知,钻孔时存在的主要问题是:钻头刚性差,扭矩及轴向力大,加工质量不易保证,切屑不易排出,钻尖冷却困难,刀具耐用度及加工生产率低。但近十余年来,由于麻花钻结构的改进以及新型的硬质合金钻头等的应用,使钻孔加工发生了显著变化。本文以切削刀具为主,简介钻孔加工的现状及进展,供实际生产作参考。
It is well-known that the main problems in drilling are: poor bit rigidity, large torque and axial force, difficult to guarantee the processing quality, difficult chip discharge, difficult drill tip cooling, tool durability and low processing productivity. However, due to the improvement of the twist drill structure and the application of a new type of cemented carbide drill bit, the drilling process has undergone significant changes in recent ten years. In this paper, the main cutting tools, drilling profiles introduced the status and progress of the actual production for reference.
