目的:建立调经助孕颗粒中马钱苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为SinoChrom ODS-BP(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(14∶86),检测波长为240 nm,柱温30℃。结果:马钱苷进样量在50.40~1 008.00 ng范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.33%,RSD为1.41%(n=6)。结论:该方法快速、准确,操作简单,专属性强,可作为调经助孕颗粒中马钱苷的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of loganin in menstruation and menstruation. Methods: The chromatographic column was SinoChrom ODS-BP (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (14:86). The detection wavelength was 240 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃ . Results: The logarithm of loganin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 50.40 ~ 1 008.00 ng (r = 0.999 9), with an average recovery of 99.33% and RSD of 1.41% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate, simple and specific, and can be used as a method to determine the content of loganin in menstruation and assimilation of pregnant women.
