对于高铬合金钢中钒(如Cr12MoV等),采用在大酸度条件下,过硫酸铵氧化,硫酸亚铁铵容量法测定。将其剩余溶液定容后分取三份溶液连续测出锰、铬、钼。方法简便易行,快速可靠,尤其适于材料复验工作。一主要试剂与仪器硫磷混合酸:硫酸150ml注入700ml水中加磷酸150ml 过硫酸铵:25% 硝酸银:1.7% 硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液:0.005、0.025mol·L~(-1) 亚硝酸钠:1% 硫氰酸铵:10% 定锰混酸:称取2g硝酸银溶于800ml水中加硫酸、磷酸各50ml,硝酸100ml。 N-苯代邻氨基苯甲酸指示剂:0.2%
