目前农村邻里纠纷案件呈上升势头,据有关部门统计,近十年来,已由农村各类案件的20％剧增到70％左右,成为影响农村社会治安的重要因素。农村邻里纠纷增加的原因是多方面的复杂的,在这些纠纷的背后,有着深层次的社会背景。本文试从农村社会的发展变化入手,运用社会科学观点对这一问题进行探讨和分析。 一、农村生产方式的变化,使原有的邻里关系受到强烈冲击 At present, the number of neighborhood disputes in rural areas is on the rise. According to statistics from relevant departments, in the recent 10 years, the number of cases in rural areas has risen sharply from 20% to 70%, becoming an important factor affecting the social order in rural areas. The reasons for the increase of neighborhood disputes in rural areas are complicated in many aspects. Behind these disputes, there are deep-seated social backgrounds.
