目的 :利用测定红细胞膜 Ca2 + Mg2 + ATP酶和 Na+ K+ ATP酶活性来探讨泻肺定喘注射液对肺动脉高压的作用机制。方法 :18只大鼠采用野百合碱制成肺动脉高压模型 ,予以泻肺定喘注射液治疗 ,采用心导管法和孔雀绿比色法测定肺动脉压力和红细胞膜 Ca2 + Mg2 + ATP酶及 Na+ K+ ATP酶活性。结果 :泻肺定喘组 Ca2 + Mg2 + ATP酶和 Na+ K+ ATP酶活性比肺动脉高压组显著升高。结论 :泻肺定喘注射液能降低肺动脉高压 ,其作用机制可能与提高红细胞膜 Ca2 + Mg2 + ATP酶和 Na+ K+ ATP酶活性有关。
Objective : To explore the mechanism of Xiefei Dingchuan injection on pulmonary hypertension by measuring the activities of Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase and Na + K + ATPase in erythrocyte membrane. Methods: Eighteen rats were treated with monocrotaline to produce pulmonary hypertension model and treated with Xiefei Dingchuan injection. Heart catheterization and malachite green colorimetry were used to measure pulmonary artery pressure and erythrocyte membrane Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase and Na+ K+. ATPase activity. Results : The activities of Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase and Na+ K+ ATPase in Xiayi Dingchuan group were significantly higher than those in pulmonary hypertension group. Conclusion: Xiefei Dingchuan Injection can reduce pulmonary hypertension, and its mechanism may be related to the increase of erythrocyte membrane Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase and Na + K + ATPase activity.
