针对现代煤矿产量的提高和对长远距离带式输送机的要求,通过对大运量长距离上运带式输送机的定量分析,应用工程力学知识对输送带的张力进行计算,利用联合仿真软件AMESim对液压张紧装置进行模拟仿真,得出液压张紧装置的输送机启动时具有响应速度快,缓冲装置对冲击的吸收的效果良好。
Aiming at the increase of the output of modern coal mines and the requirement of the long distance belt conveyor, the tension of the belt is calculated by the quantitative analysis of the large capacity long distance belt conveyor, the engineering mechanics knowledge, and the co-simulation software AMESim simulates the hydraulic tensioning device and finds that the hydraulic tensioning device has a fast response speed at the start of the conveyor and the impact absorption by the buffer device is good.
