用控制硒、镉含量的饲料喂养生长期SD大鼠,观察低硒和高镉对大鼠心肌的损伤作用。结果表明:低硒和高镉可引起大鼠心肌的灶状坏死,对心肌和心肌膜系统均有不同程度的损伤作用,心肌的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和细胞色素氧化酶的活性下降。提示克山病区粮中存在损伤大鼠心肌的因素,补硒可防止病区粮所致的心肌损伤。
The selenium and cadmium content feed was used to feed the growing SD rats to observe the effect of low selenium and high cadmium on myocardial injury in rats. The results showed that low selenium and high cadmium could induce focal necrosis of myocardium in rats, which had different degrees of damage on both myocardial and myocardial membrane systems, and the activity of glutathione peroxidase and cytochrome oxidase in myocardium decreased . Suggest Keshan ward in the presence of grain damage in rat myocardial factors, selenium can prevent Ward caused by myocardial damage.
