观察1550nm非剥脱点阵激光作用C57BL/6小鼠后小鼠的皮色变化、毛发生长和毛囊形态。建立C57BL/6小鼠脱发动物模型,脱毛后的小鼠以脊背中间线为分界,将脱毛区分为左右两部分,作自身对照,随机分为治疗组(1550nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗)和对照组。治疗组接受激光治疗,每两周治疗一次,共两次,治疗剂量为7mj/cm2,面积约为1cm*2cm,对照组不作任何处理。观察各组小鼠背部拔毛区皮色变化及毛发生长情况,实验第14天处死20只小鼠,病理切片观察毛囊生长情况,计数毛囊个数。治疗组在治疗后第6至7天局部皮肤变黑,第20天皮肤变灰;而对照组约在第8至9天皮肤变黑,第17天皮肤变灰。治疗组中毛发生长情况、毛囊个数均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。适当治疗剂量的1550nm非剥脱点阵激光可延长毛囊生长期,促毛发生长。
To observe the skin color change, hair growth and hair follicle morphology of mice after 1550nm non-exfoliative lattice laser irradiation in C57BL / 6 mice. The model of hair loss in C57BL / 6 mice was established. The dehaired mice were divided into left and right parts by the midline of the dorsal spine. The mice were randomly divided into treatment group (non-exfoliated 1550nm laser treatment) and control group. The treatment group received laser treatment, once every two weeks, a total of two doses of 7mj / cm2, an area of about 1cm * 2cm, the control group without any treatment. The changes of skin color and hair growth in the plucking area of the mice in each group were observed. Twenty mice were killed on the 14th day. The growth of the hair follicles was observed by pathological sections and the number of the hair follicles was counted. The skin of the treatment group turned black on day 6 to 7 after treatment, the skin became gray on day 20, and the control group became black on day 8 to 9 and the skin became gray on the 17th day. The hair growth and the number of hair follicles in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). The appropriate therapeutic dose of 1550nm non-exfoliating dot-matrix laser hair follicles can extend the growth period, promote hair growth.
