本研究以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为基体,选用普通的工业铝粉和硫化铋纳米棒为填充组分,采用一种简单的溶液共混方法制备了三相复合厚膜材料,并研究了不同含量的硫化铋对复合材料的介电性能包括介电常数、介电损耗的影响。分析结果表明,三相复合材料具有很好的介电性能:高介电常数和低损耗很。这种复合材料可以作为能量储存材料,可以应用在薄膜电容器的生产中。
In this study, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as the matrix, the selection of common industrial aluminum powder and bismuth subsulfide nanorods as the filling component, using a simple solution blending prepared three-phase composite thick film materials, and studied Different content of bismuth sulfide on the dielectric properties of composites, including dielectric constant, dielectric loss. The results show that the three-phase composite has good dielectric properties: high dielectric constant and low loss. This composite material can be used as energy storage material, can be used in the production of film capacitors.
