1938年4月6日我军克服台儿庄的胜利,曾引起举国欢腾,人心振奋。但这次胜利只是短暂的,同年5月中旬,敌军切断陇海铁路,包围徐州。为了避免在不利的条件下进行决战,保存我军有生力量,不得不放弃徐州,分道突围。现追记当时我亲历的战斗见闻如下:
