目前,小麦植株的营养化学诊断主要是测定无机态营养(硝态氮,无机磷、钾)。我们在诊断实践中体会到:单独的氮素营养指标,不仅难以说明苗情壮弱,而且对判断植株体内氮营养水平本身也是不够的。自1974年以来,我们应用糖氮比在小麦上进行无机—有机营养化学诊断的研究工作。测定方法是采取压汁稀释法制取待测液(稀释20—40倍),在白磁板上进行点滴测定,临时制作标准色阶进行比色。硝态氮用硝酸试粉法。可溶性糖测定用0.2%葸酮硫酸试剂比色法:取一滴待测液或标准液于穴中加5滴葸酮
