以紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)种子为试材,分别用浓度为50、100、150、200mg/L的多效唑(PP333)和生根粉(GGR6)溶液浸泡苜蓿种子(2h),以蒸馏水浸种为对照(CK),在人工气候箱内进行种子发芽试验,以探讨2种植物生长调节剂对紫花苜蓿种子发芽的影响。结果表明:50mg/L PP333处理的苜蓿种子发芽最好,发芽率为80.67%,显著性高于对照组(P=0.003 3),PP333浓度大于150mg/L时,对苜蓿种子的萌发抑制作用明显。GGR6浓度高于100mg/L时,对苜蓿种子的萌发具有明显抑制作用。由此得出,50mg/L PP333最有利于苜蓿种子的萌发,而GGR6对苜蓿种子的萌发没有明显促进作用。
The seeds of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) were used as materials to soak alfalfa seeds (2 h) with 50, 100, 150, and 200 mg / L PP333 and GGR6 solutions, Control (CK), in the artificial climate chamber seed germination test to explore the two plant growth regulators alfalfa seed germination. The results showed that the germination rate of alfalfa seeds treated with 50 mg / L PP333 was the best, the germination rate was 80.67%, significantly higher than that of the control (P = 0.003 3). It was concluded that 50mg / L PP333 was the most beneficial to the germination of alfalfa seeds, while GGR6 had no obvious promoting effect on the germination of alfalfa seeds.
