目的:了解我院抗结核药的使用情况。方法:对我院2001-2004年抗结核药物的销售额、DDDs、DDC及AARG的变化进行统计、分析。结果:2001-2004年抗结核药物销售额逐年上升;二线抗结核药金额、DDDs的AARG分别为59．14％, 54．24％,增长快于一线;INH、RFP、RFT、EMB、PZA 5种药物一直占据DDDs的前5位。结论:我院用药基本合理;肺结核初治和耐药病人逐年增多,临床缺少抗结核新药。
Objective: To understand the use of anti-TB drugs in our hospital. Methods: The statistics of the sales of anti-TB drugs, DDDs, DDC and AARG in our hospital from 2001 to 2004 were analyzed. Results: The sales of anti-tuberculosis drugs increased year by year from 2001 to 2004. The AARG of second-line anti-tuberculosis drugs and DDDs were 59.14% and 54.24% respectively, which was faster than the first line. INH, RFP, RFT, EMB and PZA 5 The drug has been the top 5 DDDs. Conclusion: The medication in our hospital is basically reasonable. The number of newly diagnosed and resistant patients with tuberculosis is increasing year by year, and the clinical lack of new anti-tuberculosis drugs.
