目的探讨临床中床位分管带教模式对提高专科护生实践能力的影响。方法将在某医院实习的80名专科护生按照入科时间分为两组,其中2015年6月至10月实习的40名专科护生为对照组,2015年11月至2016年3月实习的40名专科护生为实验组。实验组采用床位分管带教模式,而对照组采用传统带教模式,比较两组理论与操作成绩及临床综合实践能力之间的差异。结果经过4周的实习,实验组的出科理论成绩和出科操作成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组的临床综合实践能力得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论床位分管带教模式的实施可提高护生理论联系实践的能力,调动护生的学习主动性,提高护生的临床综合实践能力。
Objective To explore the influence of bed distribution model in clinical practice on improving the practice ability of college nursing students. Methods Eighty college nursing students in a hospital were divided into two groups according to their time of admission. Among them, 40 college nursing students from June to October in 2015 were control group, and internship from November 2015 to March 2016 40 specialist nursing students for the experimental group. The experimental group adopted the bed-sharing teaching mode, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, and compared the differences between the two groups in theoretical and operational performance and clinical comprehensive practice ability. Results After 4 weeks of internship, the experimental group ’s academic performance and academic performance were significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The clinical comprehensive practical ability score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the bedside teaching mode can improve the ability of nurse students to practice with theory, stimulate the learning initiative of nursing students and improve the clinical practical ability of nursing students.
