Delayed long distance calls are used when circuit capacity does not meet business needs. In order to improve the utilization of the circuit, it is slow to use a fixed value pipe circuit and a fixed counter station to work continuously. In this case, the number of circuits for each agent (operator) directly affects the operator’s labor productivity and long-distance circuit utilization. Therefore, the deployment of the agent circuit is an important issue of production organization. There is already some experience on how to equip the circuit in our practice, but the quantitative theoretical analysis is still rare. The purpose of this paper is to try to analyze this problem using the theory of a single-line system with limited sources in queuing theory.
