1.控制总热量,避免肥胖。中年人由于脂肪组织逐渐增加,肌肉和活动组织相对减少,所以中年每日摄入的热量应控制在7500~8370千焦耳。这样体重才能控制在标准范围内。已有资料和临床观察证实。中年人超重越多,死亡的机会就越多。据统计,40~49岁的人,体重超过30%以上的,在中年期男性死亡率达42%,女性死亡率达36%。且胖人易患胆石症、糖尿病、痛风、高血压、冠心病和某些癌症。因此,安排中年人饮食时防肥胖对保健有重要意义。
