关注班级中客观存在的学困生,千方百计地去转化他们,不但是“以生为本”教育理念的体现,也是全面构建良好师生关系的重要途径。一、微笑面对学困生微笑是转化学困生的一种基本艺术。微笑是教师教育学生的一种智慧,是教师自身人格魅力和修养的体现。教师的微笑会使学困生如沐春风,如沐甘露,能催人奋发向上。因此,教师的微笑是转化学困生的一种艺术,是一种难以抗拒的无形力量,正如诗人杜甫所说的“随风潜入夜,润物细无声”。 It is not only an embodiment of the education concept of “taking a living as the foundation”, but also an important way to construct a sound relationship between teachers and students in an objective manner.
