去年,我厂在承修航空发动机时,发现由主体和框架组成的四个零件有13处裂纹,其中4处在框架上,9处在主体上(图1)。最大1处裂纹是宽度为0.142毫米,长度为13.5毫米的穿透性裂纹,其余12处均为非穿透性裂纹。这些裂纹严重地影响着发动机的使用性能,需要补焊修复。
Last year, when I undertook an aero engine, I found that there were 13 cracks in four parts consisting of the main body and the frame, of which four were on the frame and nine were on the main body (Figure 1). The maximum one crack is a penetrating crack with a width of 0.142 mm and a length of 13.5 mm, and the other 12 are all non-penetrating cracks. These cracks seriously affect the performance of the engine needs repair repair welding.
