随着国务院常务会议审议通过《江苏沿海地区发展规划》,江苏省沿海开发正式上升为国家战略。现以专栏形式推出规划的系列解读。共6篇,围绕沿海开发的重大意义、战略定位、主要原则等逐一展开,以推动全省上下深入学习领会规划精神,进一步把思想和行动统一到党中央、国务院加快沿海地区发展的重大决策部署上来,按照江苏省委、省政府的要求,在新的起点上谋划和推动沿海地区发展。
